tennis lessons Clearwater Beach FL

I'm back in the frozen northland again (Canada) and have resolved some computer problems, so I'm back to blogging. I didn't want to forget to tell you about a great bargain in Clearwater Beach, though, the group tennis lessons offered each week at the Recreation Complex at the corner of Mandalay and Bay Esplanade. Lessons are offered Monday evenings, starting at 5 p.m., and the pro, Rich Bruer, is excellent and very patient. The cost is only $7.50 for visitors without a recreation card, $6 for residents who have a card.

As a later life learner of tennis, I need all the help I can get and find Rich's lessons very helpful. This year I was learning something about playing doubles, a new undertaking for me.
It isn't really any easier than singles, although it is less of a workout.

If you happen to be in Clearwater Beach on a Monday evening and have a tennis racket with you, do check out the lessons. Rich also offers private lessons, but naturally these are more expensive.
